Off the Boat Seafood in Eastie ???

Has anyone been? Is it takeout only? I've read the review in the Phoenix, appears they used to run Angelo's Seafood which I recall served the best Sicilian seafood I've ever tasted.

The food is excellent at Off the Boat and the ambience friendly. There's currently a counter with 6 or 7 chairs where you can eat in, but they're supposed to be expanding into the place next door in March (?) to have seating for 18 with beer and wine. You can also sit outside in summer, at one of two small cafe tables. Definitely recommended!

The Phoenix review seems to say takeout only. I was a fan of Angelo's so I'll be sure to try it at some point.
