Need help on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Visiting from San Francisco and staying in Near North (W. Grand and State). I expect that options will be limited on the 24th and 25th and willing to travel (no car, but comfortable on public transportation, cabs, walking). We (wife and 16 year old) are open to pretty much anything, though prefer regional specialties, stuff we can't get in SF (Eastern European, Greek come to mind but again, don't want to limit suggestions), and not looking for very expensive, dress-up joints unless that is all there is or it's a not-to-be-missed experience.
