What to order at Radius10 (Nashville)

I've been to Radius10 dozens of times and it is one of my favorite restaurants, but I tend to order the same things every time. Now I'm taking 3 out of town friends there and want to make sure their experience is amazing, so I would love to know what everyone's favorites are.
Mine are the low country shrimp and scallops, the ahi tuna, the side of bacon cheddar grits, and the arugula salad.
Please offer up any suggested dishes I should have my friends order!
Everything! Lately we've been having light dinners in the bar and he has increased that menu a lot; both the gumbo and General Brumm's Chicken are fantastic and friends got the sliders and the lobster roll and gave them good reviews as well. Brumm's chicken is very spicy, which I love. We've had a great steak there and the lobster pizza is wondeful and very fresh tasting (actually all 3 pizzas are great.) I've also sampled some of his soups and they were perfect. I think you've already got the best meal chosen with his shrimp/scallops/grits -- that man has perfected grits and does the best I've ever had!
Not sure if you are familiar with Jason, but he has worked a lot down in the Seaside area so it's hard to go wrong with any of his seafood dishes. I honestly think you can't go wrong with anything you get there; it's my favorite!
Separately, have you heard that he's opening a Mexican restaurant on Belmont in January? I'm sure it will be great too and can't wait to try it out. Have a fun dinner and let us know what you end up getting!
