dinner suggestions in the Village

This is going to be a broad request...

I am looking for a good dinner for 2, mood doesn't matter. Not too expensive, I want it to be less than $100 for the 2 of us. And of course, it must have good food.

The only thing I can think of to help narrow things down is I don't want Asian or any sort...

Any suggestions?

  1. yr talking very very broad.

my favorites include da andrea and gradisca for'll barely go over $70 there for 2. 'ino on can eat yr butt off with wine for less than $70. market table if you watch yr drink order...skip dessert there...its pretty bad.

oh man... market table was a great suggestion but it looks like I'm looking kind of late.... no available reservations until 11:30 tonight... lol

    2. Snack Taverna is in your price range.

Not for 2 courses and a bottle of wine. You'd have to skip something to stay under $100. Sam1's suggestion of da Andrea is a good one, the only place I would recommend in the village in that price range. Their prices make it unnecessary to skimp and the food is very good.

      2. August, Snack Taverna, Crispo, Jane, Lupa, Po, Cornelia St. Cafe, Barfry, 'ino, Otto.... As others have said, there are a lot of options and hard to narrow down without more specifics

Second Cornelia Street Cafe (large enough usually okay to go w/out a reservation). We just ate at Po this week and I posted a review if OP wants to do a search.
