New Year's Eve Dining-Wash DC

Does anyone have good restaurant recommendations/experience for a New Year's Eve dinner? We're looking for a place that goes above and beyond their normal menu.... thoughts so far include Komi, Palena, Restaurant Eve and Dino.

We have done Eve [Tasting Room] on the last two New Years Eves. It is outstanding. There are about 8-10 courses [I forget] and each has a choice of two items. Great food. They have a wine pairing but we didn't do it. Still, count on $500-600 per couple. It's worth every penny !

We had NYE at Zola last year, and it was pretty good. I think it was $90 per person (excluding wine) and included a little champagne toast. The menu was 5 courses, I believe, and you had options for each course.

I did a search prior to posting but didn't see anything on Komi, Eve, Dino or Palena.
I am specifically trying to find out if these restaurants have upgraded menus commensurate with the upgraded prices or if they are simply charging extra for the date. Dino has their menu posted and it looks as if the former applies in their case.

A few people have commented on Eve for New Years and praised their menu. I personally haven't experienced it yet.
