Looking for a good vegetarian Korean place
That's a tough one. Based on my limited experience at a few Korean places around the U.S., I would rank Korean food up there with German food as one of the cuisines with the fewest vegetarian options available. Even the tofu dishes tend to have pork in them. The entree you are asking about -- bibimbap -- is traditionally made with beef, but I suppose a version made just with rice, vegetables, and egg might be possible by special request.
