Tex Mex in Manhattan? specifically Queso?

hi!
any good recommendations for some Tex Mex in Manhattan?? I'm looking for somewhat authentic queso. any and all help is appreciated. cheers!

      Though it's not on the menu, ask for the queso at Los Dos Molinos...it's super yummy and totally Tex Mex. For really good queso fundido, check out La Palapa's version with rajas.
      If you're feeling lazy, order the chips and queso from Q'doba...it's suprisingly really tasty.
