Aphrodisiac Closed?

I remember someone telling me that Aphrodisiac was a good restaurant . I've been searching online for the address and website, but it seems to be closed? Does anybody know it this is true? By the way...is this in Santa Monica?

You didn't miss anything. I ate there once and it was the worst experience ever! The food was mediocre and the service was spotty at best. It took them 1.5 hours between courses!

This was a very good restaurant. I suspect that the construction on SMB and lack of advertising did it in. Too bad.

Kula is in the process of a soft opening either this week or next, and Japanese will be the focus of yet another LA restaurant.

It is (or was) on Santa Monica Blvd. near Beverly Glen in Century City. I had heard a couple of months ago that it was in the process of closing and was not surprised as it seemed to be the wrong concept for the neighborhood.
