Dim sum cooking classes in the NYC or NJ area?

Any recommendations for a good dim sum making class in NYC or NJ? I'm looking to give this as a gift. =)

    I've been searching for chinese cooking classes - so far the most I have found are at ice and new school.

      Look at the international course list @ Institute of Culinary Education, recreational class section.
