Chilean Recipe sought

I had this wonderful Chilean dish once. Unfortunately I do not know what the dish is called nor the recipe.
It was a mix of sweet corn, black olives, kumquats and hard-boiled eggs wrapped in tortilla bread. Any clues?

  1. Sounds interesting. I've been to the Chilean restaurant here and loved the food but don't remember anything like that on the menu.

    Just a suggestion, check out the article on Chilean cuisine in Wikipedia and google for other sites with discussions of Chilean cuisine if you haven't tried that.

    Choclo would be the word for corn in Chile, as in Pastel de Choclo, the Chilean version of Shepherd's Pie with pureed corn instead of mashed potatoes (includes black olives too). I think naranjita or naranjita china would be the term for kumquat. Maybe you could just google for a dish including those key words?

    Please post if you find out what it is and a recipe.
