Le Creuset at Marshall's?

I saw a Marshall's commercial on TV and it said save on "French cast iron cookware." The pot looked a lot like Le Creuset. Do they sell Le Creuset, or is it a look-alike?

I would advise you to visit your store during the week. Most aren't shopping at that time and you can have your pick of what's available. I scored tons of Le Creuset bakeware this way last week. Happy hunting!

Yup, you can find them at Marshalls's but they go like hot cakes!

Many of the Marshalls here in CT usually have Le Creuset stock - mostly the stoneware (baking dishes), stockpots and kettles. I don't know if I've ever seen real Le Creuset cast iron. I'm definitely heading there for Christmas shopping!

I recently purchased a 5 quart Le Creuset round one from my TJ Maxx in Texas for $100 which was half price of the retail price.

I've recently purchased Le Creuset at Marshalls and saw a large dutch oven, but it was marked as a second.

Marshalls and TJ MAxx both definitely sell the LC enamelled cast-iron pots, I saw some here in MA last week. They also do sell look-alikes, so you need to comb through the stock pretty carefully. I bought my LC 5 quart dutch oven at TJ MAxx a few years ago and got a great price on it.

As previously mentioned, Marshall's inventory changes constantly. That being said, I've definitely seen legit LC enameled cast iron a lot recently in Marshall's, TJ Maxx, and HomeGoods near me in NOVA/DC Metro area.

In fact, I just purchased a 7 1/4 qt. round LC enameled cast iron dutch oven from HomeGoods for my mom for about $100. You can't beat that deal with a stick.

My aunts have picked up genuine Le Creuset at Marhsall's at a huge discount. It was probably a year or two ago, but it was the deal of a lifetime.

I'm a regular Marshall's denizen, and I've never seen LC enamelled cast iron on the shelf. Lots of OTHER LC products...stoneware, enamel-on-steel stockpots, tons of kettles, but never any "real" pots. Recently, I've seen non-LC enameled cast iron (can't recall the brand), but it was oddly shaped, full of decorative indentations/rather sculpted on the exterior....felt heavy enough, but with all of those shaped areas, I thought it wouldn't wear very well.

you know marshalls, stock will vary from day to day and store to store. that said, lately i have seen all sorts of enameled cast iron in my local stores, both le creuset and other brands.
