How to Cook Everything Redux?
We're not vegetarian, but cook a lot of vegetarian dishes, and we have gotten a lot of mileage out of the original _How to Cook Everything_ by Mark Bittman, which contains a large number of vegetarian recipes). Is there significant new material in the new book (_How to Cook Everything Vegetarian_), or is a large amount of it cut and pasted from the original? I don't even want to get into the question of the 2003 _How to Cook Everything: Vegetarian_; I just want to know if the new book is really just a re-hashing of recipes that I already have. Thanks!
