Sunday Brunch has just been launched at The Setai, South Beach. "Sunday brunch at The Setai will become a tradition for families because it will be a place where they can all enjoy different cuisines and eat together at the same time," said Executive Chef Jonathan Wright. The Restaurant is set like an Asian Market place with an abundance of high-quality ingredients prepared by a contingent of cooks as the steam billows and the heat in on in the elegant room and a complimentary flute of Champagne or Bloody Mary is brought to the table. The menu incorporates dishes and specialties from all over the world including American breakfast classics such as omelets, waffles, and pancakes; Italian brick oven pizzas; Chinese dim sum to order, as well as serving it traditionally from Dim Sum carts; Chinese, Thai, and Indian stations will be busy producing dishes like pad Thai, Hainanese chicken rice, Assam laksa, curries, naan breads, and dishes from the Tandoor oven. Classics like roast beef, leg of lamb, corn-fed chicken, and Berkshire pork will be slowly-cooking on the rotisserie, and a seafood bar with local crab, oysters, mussels, gulf shrimp and home-smoked salmon will be complemented with freshly-made salads. The Setai’s pastry chef and his team will prepare extravagant arrays of desserts, pastries, chocolates, ice creams, sorbets, and some local classics such as key lime pie, apple pie, and cheesecake.

The brunch at The Setai is served every Sunday in The Restaurant and The Courtyard from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM with live modern jazz entertainment.
