Cake Decorating Classes

Does anyibe have any experience taking a good cake decorating class on the mainline? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No experience on the mainline, but I liked the class I took at Fante's in the Italian Market. It's a lot of prep work at home, but that prepares you for doing it on your own once the class is over (you bake and frost the cake at home, make all of your decorator icing at home [3 types] and must buy all of your own tools).
