anyone have a favorite pho joint in houston? i'd sure like to know about it. thanks. art

    Pho Saigon in Midtown is well-regarded.

      +1 for Pho Saigon....There is also a tapicoa place next to it that is one of my favorites called Tropioca...really good regular milk teas...
