Any good ethnic/gourmet grocers in Daytona area?

We have been visiting the Daytona area a few weeks a year for 30 years. Now, with our retirements, we're hoping to spend a couple a months a year in the Daytona, Palm Coast, and Flagler areas. Although we now know the area well, we've never found much in the way of ethnic and gourmet grocery stores.

A search of the web always throws me back to the Orlando area for the European and Asian foods that I use every day. (olives, oils, cured meats, Japanese kitchen supplies, etc) The closest I've found is a little place on Beville called Cosmos with a very small inventory.

Here in Michigan we have Asian and fine foods superstores all over, along with hundreds of mom n pop Italian, Polish, Indian, and Mid-eastern groceries and the chains like Fresh market and Trader Joes. Am I missing something along the coast or must I be resigned to heading into Orlando to shop?

There used to be a place on Int'l Speedway/Volusia (I haven't lived there for years) just over the bridge coming from the beachside. It was across street from Mandela Books and that record store. That's where my mom got all her Asian food needs for years.
