RUBY LOUISE please.... [moved from General Chowhounding board]

I stumbled across a posting of yours from last year on Christmas menus. You mentioned serving a Pork Tenderloin stuffed with sauteed mushrooms, garlic, prosciutto & thyme. I would dearly love to have the recipe if you wouldn't mind sharing it. It sounds devine.
