Food for wine tasting...

Need to put together food (snacks) for 100 for a Mondavi wine tasting and House of Mondavi book signing at the Landmark Theater wine bar. Looking for unique, easy and tasty ideas - I have $350. Combo of bought or easy to prepare items fine.

unfortunately, though i'd like to recommend clementine, i don't think your 350 will go all too far there.

you might consider seeing what you can get at costco... get a bunch of spanokopita, mini quiches, some bread loaves and dip you can fill them with, cheese, crackers, fruit platters, etc.

auntie em's in the valley does well with helping to cater on a budget.

also, call kitchen for exploring foods--they do budget stuff too--as well as paper palate.

I'd second the recommendation for Auntie Em;s. They're in Eagle Rock.
