Summer Winter Restaurant in Burlington
Has anyone eaten here yet? I'm very familiar with the other restaurants by the owners/chefs (Arrows and MC at Perkins Cover) and was curious how their concept has translated to a suburban hotel dining experience.

My wife and I ate here the second night they were open which was about two weeks or so ago. We enjoyed it and will definitely return. We sat at the bar at first but you could tell the wait staff was still working on getting things right so we moved to the oyster bar for dinner. We enjoyed several appetizers including a nice selection of oysters and a scallop seviche. I had one of the steak choices and it was excellent. My wife had the salmon entree and really enjoyed it too. We ordered several side dishes including a "hashed Brussel sprout" dish which was very, very good. My only complaint with menu is that many of the entrees listed are for "two people" . I would have liked to try a couple of them but because my wife isn't a carnivore I couldn't choose that dish. Overall I think this will turn into a great restaurant here in the burbs.
