West Village recommendations for dinner tonight!

I am looking for recommendations on where to eat tonight with my two brothers and their wives. I am looking for something that is warm and cozy but not too sceney and somewhere we could perhaps get a reservation since we'll be five. Not Italian since some went to Da Andrea last night,

Thanks!

Tavern On Jane has a nice pubby atmosphere and the food is good.

Blue Ribbon Brasserie or Blue Ribbon Bakery could work since they only take reservations for five or more. I might also try Jane, Provence, possibly Perilla but they might be all booked up...

          kitchen cafe at 420 hudson.
Great food and a amazingly cheap excellent wine list.
          Mostly bistro/mediterranean food

I'd have to agree that Market Table would be perfect. Cozy, not too sceney, great hearty gourmet American fare.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We actually went to Snack Taverna and it was perfect. I am going to keep all the other recommendations for future reference!

We went to Cafe Cluny last night, it was very good. Check it out.
