Cafe des Artistes would be high on the list!
    Happy Holidaze!

Il Mulino in White Plains does an over-the-top decorative display throughout the restaurant during the holidays. It's pricey to be sure but quite good and the holidays are alive and well there...

I have gone to Sevilla in the Village with dear friends of mine for years. They don't stay open until too late on Christmas Eve but it is festive and nice. We usually get there around 8 or 8:30 and have no problem getting seated and do not feel rushed at all. Also, the food is really good. Spanish. http://www.sevillarestaurantandbar.com
