  1. Where in OC? What's your budget? What kind of food does she like?

anywhere in budget and likes all food...sorry but she's a great lover of food! We're up for anything!

    2. I would take her to Wildfish in Newport Beach. They have a great bar and take reservations, too. If she loves Italian, I would go to Onotria in Costa Mesa. If money is no object, I would go to Mastro's also in Costa Mesa for great steaks.

      1. Shin Sen Gumi fills the fun and delish requirements. Drinks will however be limited to beer and sake.

        1. maybe try sapphire in laguna beach...ask for a table outside, there are plenty of heat lamps too. The patio is really cute and has a great atmosphere. You could also make an earlier reservation and watch the sunset...and there are plenty of bars after if you want to grab a drink after dinner. I've had dinner once at sapphire and the food was fantastic - can definitely recommend the lamb, beef, and pannecotta! have fun!

Then go to Rooftop across the street for fun and mojitos!

          2. Sapphire would be a great choice, just make sure you get reservations well in advance.

Another seemingly great choice would be the newly opened Crow Bar Restaurant and Kitchen in Corona Del Mar. It just opened and it bills itself as a American Gastro Pub. I plan on going this week. It should have lots of great drinks and small plates of food.

I would love to hear all about it. I went on their website and their menu is still under construction I believe. Tell me all the tasty details!

I would take her to Maestros Ocean Club in Newport Coast, you will all be very impressed with the Ambiance and the food.
