I am going to Stowe for Xmas. Would like any info on Rest. 4 Xmas Eve dinner? I am dinning at the Green Mt Inn 4 Xmas day. Would like some where different 4 Xmas Eve.
Or any Rest info would be helpful

I second the Restaurant Phoebe recommendation. My husband and I ate there a couple months ago and it was fantastic. We eat out a reasonable amount at nice places: Trattoria Delia, The Kitchen Table, L'Amate, Hen of the Wood... and I have to say that we both had the best dinners there we have ever had out. We are decent cooks but we have NO idea how the chef was able to create such a complex and amazing dish as the chicken dish we had. The smoked trout & baby beet salad was so good for our starter. I highly recommend it!

Michaels on the Hill, just outside Stowe and Hen of the Woods, close to downtown Waterbury (minutes from Stowe) are the best restaurants in the Area.

We really enjoyed Stowehof for our anniversary many years ago. Is it still any good?
