Spinach / artichoke dip question

cookie monster Nov 21, 2007 12:43 PM

Special request for me to make this as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner - it's the pretty classic recipe with sour cream, mayo, l.f. cream cheese, parmesan, onion, and spinach and artichokes of course - but I'm not going to have a whole lot of time to do prep work tomorrow morning. Can I assemble it this afternoon and bake it tomorrow? I'm 90% sure the answer is yes since there don't seem to be any ingredients that would go off quickly or react badly to each other, but I always like to get a second (and third and fourth . . .) opinion.

Absolutely. As long as it is well-chilled, it will be fine.

yes - it may be better on Day Two - as the flavors get together. Enjoy!

It should be fine. I preassemble my hot artichoke or crab dip all the time and everyone is still alive ;o)

I just did this very thing a couple of weeks ago. It worked beautifully.
