Holy Angels Byzantine Church @ 2235 Galahad Road makes their own Kielbasa (smoked and fresh) as well as Pierogi and Golabki (cabbage rolls). Call their Social Hall @ 858-268-3458 to confirm days and hours they sell food. I have been buying my Kielbasa via mail order since Joe retired from Holy Angels. He's a Czech from Chicago and ran the Holy Angels kitchen for years. Great guy. The current kitchen heads are also nice, but their recipes for the sausage and cabbage rolls do not have the same kick as Joe's did in my opinion.

Siesel's Meats 4131 Ashton and Morena has been great about making custom (more garlic) orders of fresh Polish Sausage for me when I could not obtain the quantities needed from Holy Angels. I don't think they carry or make smoked kielbasa though.
