Maestro withdrawal symptoms

Has anyone eaten at the Tyson Ritz Carlton Steakhouse? WaPo reported that Vincent Ferraud from Maestro is looking after the wine there and is sommellier on Friday and Saturday nights. It would be good to see Vincent again, but what's the food like? The on- line menu looks ok but no prices are listed.

I'd been wondering what was replacing Maestro, knowing the Ritz couldn't be without a restaurant. Though I can't think of anything Tysons needs less than another steak house. The new Ruth's Chris just opened last month. So that makes 7 in a 1/2 mile radius.

To the best of my knowledge they still have not found a chef. The danger that they are running into is that the longer this restaurant is closed the more distant it is in the back of everyone's mind. They never should have let Fabio go. Emmanuele is in Puerto Rico at another Ritz and Vincent is shuttling between D. C. and Tyson's. For me it is truly remarkable that they have not paired them up yet.

Yep and the withdrawal will get worse as it seems Stafano left Chingale in Baltimore after a very short stay.
