Where to Buy Bunderfleisch ...

A poster on the Home Cooking board asked me where I buy bunderfleisch, so I thought I'd post it here:

Murray's Cheese, in Manhattan - and they do mail order as well:

I don't see it on their website, but have purchased it in the store and would be surprised if they wouldn't sell it via mail order if one called. FWIW, I've had good luck giving cheese there as gifts to people outside NYC.

Any other sources?

  1. Morgan and York in Ann Arbor sell it (it is yummy!) and their site says they ship anywhere in the US.

    1. Spelling: B├╝ndnerfleisch

      LA source:
      European Deluxe Sausage Kitchen
9109 W Olympic Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90212

      1. Morgan and York were very nice about arranging to send me some by overnight mail---I used to shop there back in the day, when I was in school at Michigan. I also have seen it at a deli in Salt Lake City called Liberty Heights (I don't think they do mail order). They told me they got it through Columbus Salame in SF, but that Columbus is acting as a distributor, and actually gets it from somewhere else.
