Bailey's Bakery in Beverly Hills is having a gingerbread house decorating event for kids. I would imagine they could provide some for you.

Monaco Baking Co. makes gingerbread house kits. They are a wholesaler. With the quantity of your order, maybe they will assemble for you. Owner's name is Philip Moreau. http://www.monacobaking.com/

Emil's Swiss Pastry on Barry Avenue is well-known for its gingerbread houses. You might want to give the chef/owner Chris a call.
