Authentic Italian tripe?

Looking for a restaurant that will please a finicky Italian grandfather...any suggestions?

    Many years ago when I worked in Chelsea, each restaurant had it on a particular day. It was a long time ago and I can't offer specifics.

      Trattoria Toscana in the Fenway does a great stewed tripe, Tuscan-style.
