Went to Spice Village the new Indian restaurant in Tuckahoe last night. It was quite good, we thought. Had their coconut shrimp in a smokey masala sauce for appetizer, their specialties: Lobster Arabian and and a Mixed Grill as entrees, and the abu gobi, potatoes and cauliflower, as the vegetarian side dish. All was flavorful and the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Any one else been?

Actually, I have not gotten over there yet. Shame on me I live in Tuckahoe. I am looking forward to trying it in the near future.

I have been to Spice Village several times in the past month . I think it is the best Indian restaurant in lower westchester. The staff is really nice. I brought a friend from NYC who eats Indian food all the time and she said this place up there with the best of them. The place does not have a curry odor that stays with you after you leave. It has a great atmosphere.
