      <content>I think it was called "International Gourmet" or something similar - definitely had "International" in the name and wasn't Kalustyans.  I have it saved on DVR - will check when I can (i.e., when my husband isn't watching sports on TV!).</content>

      <content>ok, i believe the shop is called 9th Avenue International Foods. 543 9th ave. @ 40th st. it's an old-time ethnic grocery store specializing in eastern european and mediterranean goods and spices. funny, I know the fish market next door, but never made notice of the grocery...</content>
