Four Seasons Hotel/Restaurant?

Is there a connection between the Four Seasons Hotel on 57th St and the Four Seasons Restaurant in the Seagram's Building on 52nd? For the longest time I thought the Four Seasons Restaurant was the restaurant in the Hotel, but I just saw they're at separate locations. Does someone know the story? Thanks.

No relation whatsoever. Never was. 2 different locations and entities.

The restaurant now in the 4 Seeasons Hotel is L'Atelier du Joel Robuchon.
