Sushi Zo vs. Kiriko

fatassasian Nov 17, 2007 08:14 AM

My girlfriend and I are trying to decide between Sushi Zo and Kiriko for dinner tonight.
How do they compare in price, quality, and service? We're probably not doing omakase.
I've had omakase at Sushi Zo recently. It was excellent. But I've never been to Kiriko and am wondering if it's worth the shot.
We are looking to eat at the sushi bar.
Any info on how the two restaurants differ would be great.

I am not sure if you could eat ala carte at the sushi bar at Zo on Sat. night. It may be omakase only on Fri. and Sat. nights at the bar. Since you have already been to Zo why not try Kiriko? You will probably save a little bit of money and have a nice basis for comparison between the two places.

actually, only when i stick to the lunch 'special' omakase, do i find kiriko to be less costly than sushi zo.
for dinner and for a la carte, kiriko always seems to run more.
