Cutting sugar from recipe - adjust liquid volume?
I'm cutting sugar in a 2-loaf pumpkin bread recipe from 3 cups to 1 cup. I'm not replacing it with another sweetener. Do I need to adjust the moisture in other ways?

Most reviews have decreased sugar to two cups. I like my pumpkin bread not very sweet, so I'm dropping to one.
