Champagne in Westchester

I am looking for a very nice restaurant with large celection of champagne in Westchester. I live in the city and we have bubble lounge or Flute. So I am looking for something similar that serves food, lounge type with great champagne selection.

I would recommend Morgans or Ruby's both in Rye. Ruby's has a special at Sunday brunch that their whole wine list (by the bottle) is 1/2 price. They had about 10 champagnes on the list last time I was there and I think the 1/2price thing is an awesome deal. Nothing like Flute, don't think there is anything like that around here, but great brunch and great deal :)
