Walleye - Phoenix Metro

Dined w/ the SO's parents the other evening at the Grainbelt Grill House.
3 of us ordered the Walleye ($17.95) which is now a regular item on their menu.
The preparation was fabulous! It was topped w/ a nice crust and a tomato and cucumber salsa. It wasn't deep fried like most restaurants in town....it was flaky fresh and very light!
We also enjoyed a basket of hot fresh baked corn fritters served w/ butter and honey....they were decadent!

Who else in town serves fresh Walleye?

When I was at Red White & Brew in Chandler last month, people at a nearby table were enjoying walleye. It's not on regular menu, but it's one of RW&B's daily specials pretty much every day from November through February, according to our server.

Lakeshore Restaurant at Saguaro Lake has Walleye. I've only had it once, but enjoyed it. Don't remember how it was prepared - sorry! Do remember the excellent bloody mary, though.

Four Peaks Brewery in Tempe had a frequent walleye special (which has been fresh in the past) but have not been in quite some time so I do not know if they still rotate it. You may want to call them.

Thanks, I will call Four Peaks! We usually frequent the location in Scottsdale and I haven't seen it.....we would definitely be willing to travel.
Does anyone know anything about 'Sundays' in Scottsdale?
I have heard that they serve Walleye too.
