      <content>I went last week and had the full tasting menu, with many similar highlights as this report (the scallops!).  Also, had a wonderful dish of fried beef marrow topped with caviar and beet gelee, as well as some lighter dishes that highlighted DP's interesting use of essential oils. The hot chocolate at the end of the night was perfect.  I really have to write something up, but it was a beautiful night on par with the best I've had anywhere.</content>
