offal (tongue or tripe, especially) in Chinatown?
I was at Full Kee yesterday. There is a small, laminated "tent" menu on the table that lists many of the offal dishes. I recall duck tongue, tripe, intestine, bladder, congealed blood, feet (i know), skin (again, not offal), pig's liver, gizzards, and a few more. Pair that with the Hong Kong Shrimp Dumplings in Broth, the Oyster and Ginger Casserole, and the Stir Fried Leed Flower Stems (sp?) and you'll have a feast!
