pumpkin empanadas - recipe needed
my family loves the sephardic pumpkin empanadas and i want to make them for thanksgiving. does anyone have a good recipe for a small batch of these? i'm not a very skilled chef - or pastry chef - so i'm wondering if dough is hard to make? if so, i'm hoping i can buy the pastry dough. i'm assuming i can get that at whole foods or the amish market.
