Pic Nic at Queen and Broadview

I was just walking along Queen Street East and noticed construction in a store front beside the pet shoppe. There was a notice of a liquour license for a place called Pic Nic (there spacing not mind). Does anyone have any details on this place? Is it a second location to Picnic at Yonge and Eg?
