Hottest Vindaloo

I love extremely spicy Indian food and my favorite is chicken vindaloo. When I order it I ask the waiters to "make me tear" with the heat. I just got back from London where i had wonderful sweat inducing Indian food. I live in the west village and am craving it now. Any suggestions? Thanks as always.

Though not Vindaloo there is a place called Brick Lane Curry House that has the hottest indian dish, perhaps the hottest dish in the city.. The Phaal curry is hotter then vindaloo..And they have a pretty hot vindaloo there too.
    Its crazy hot..

An excruciatingly hot curry, more pain and sweat than flavor, for our customers who do this on a dare, we will require you to state a verbal disclaimer not holding us liable for any physical or emotional damage after eating this curry. If you do manage to finish your serving of curry, a bottle of beer is on us"

The problem is, as they admit, it doesn't taste good.

Can't speak to their chicken vindaloo, but the lamb vindaloo at Chola on 58th has the sort of heat where you have to eat another bite just to beat the residual heat from the last bite. Highly recommended. You will likely sweat while eating it.
