birthday dinner
Any suggestions for dinner for myself and 5 gbirlfriend. Mid-price, somewhere where we can talk and hwere the food is great!!

Not sure what your mid-price range is so check these places and you can decide:
db Bistro Moderne (very upscale bistro, wonderful food, quiet in the back dining room, boisterous in the front, very cosmopolitan)
Telepan (UWS, wonderful food, nice space, usually very quiet)
Crispo (Italian, very good)
Pastis (MPD, French Bistro, casual, popular, can be loud)
Artisanal (French Bistro, great cheeses, awesome fondue, very loud)
