Need recipe for ground venison
Here's one: brown a pound or so of venison with an onion in olive oil. Sift on a few tablespoons of flour and continue to cook for a couple of minutes over medium heat. Add beef stock to make a fairly thick sauce. Throw in sauteed mushrooms if you're in the mood. Stir in a few tablespoons of sour cream and serve over egg noodles or rice.
