Vegetarian Thanksgiving Options in Boulder, CO

santafegal Nov 12, 2007 02:48 PM

I'm going to be in Boulder from 11/22-11/25 and plan to eat Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant. What are some good options for a vegetarian on Thanksgiving and for the rest of my stay. Thank you,

You'll have absolutely no problem finding good vegetarian dining in Boulder. In fact almost all restaurants with the exception of the Cork have at least one if not several really good vegetarian entrees on the menu. I can't speak to which places will be open on Thanksgiving, but here are some suggestions:

Leaf. This is a true, fully vegetarian place.
    The Kitchen.
    Trattoria on Pearl.
    Restaurant 4580.
    Organic Orbit.

Sunflower will be open on T-giving, according to OpenTable.com.

Now I want to ask: How was it?
Sunflower is one of my favorite restaurants in Boulder, and i visit Boulder once or twice a year from Chicago. I'm going to be there for Thanksgiving this year, with friends and family, and wonder what your experience of Sunflower was like for Thanksgiving last year. Any comments? Thank you!
