Vegetarian Thanksgiving Options in Boulder, CO

Now I want to ask: How was it?
Sunflower is one of my favorite restaurants in Boulder, and i visit Boulder once or twice a year from Chicago. I'm going to be there for Thanksgiving this year, with friends and family, and wonder what your experience of Sunflower was like for Thanksgiving last year. Any comments? Thank you!

You'll have absolutely no problem finding good vegetarian dining in Boulder. In fact almost all restaurants with the exception of the Cork have at least one if not several really good vegetarian entrees on the menu. I can't speak to which places will be open on Thanksgiving, but here are some suggestions:

Leaf. This is a true, fully vegetarian place.
Sunflower.
The Kitchen.
Trattoria on Pearl.
Alba.
L'Atelier.
Q's.
Restaurant 4580.
Organic Orbit.
