Hiya - here's what I could find for you:

This place does school tours - maybe they'd do a custom lesson for you - or if not maybe they'd know somewhere that does?

This place in Concord sells kits & has pretty good instructions - maybe they'd know of a hands-on class?

Habitat for Humanity gingerbread build - http://www.torontohabitat.on.ca/web/S...

Not exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully it'll give you some leads...

Habitat for Humanity usually has a fundraiser where families can build gingerbread houses together. Check their web site for details.

You might want to also check Loblaws in your neighbourhood.

Are you looking for the group atmosphere or just the opportunity to learn from experienced gingerbread house builders?

Are they for you or kids? Many of the Loblaws or Superstore locations do classes for kids. Not great gingerbread and it's a free for all, but at least the mess is not in my house and the kids love it!

Thanks for the help guys...the classes are for the gf and I...I am aware of the kits available, but wanted to know if there were classes where we could bake the gingerbread as well.

Did you ever find a class where you and your GF could make gingerbread houses together?
