A great review of a bad resto.

If only more reviews were this informative....

love the review--hate the bad name it will give to Ukrainian food, which I can say, having eaten it both in Moscow and the Ukraine, is quite tasty.

This guy is great! I wish I could hang out with him on a reviewing meal. And I agree Ukranian food can be very good indeed when prepared properly.

      Very funny. Made my morning.

For Americans who may not know, Iceland is a chain of cheap supermarkets specializing in frozen foods. Think large bags of frozen fish fingers for a few pounds.

        Very good thank you.

O.M.G. This is absolutely hysterical! I loved this line: "The pancake tasted like it had been made earlier in the day. In short, a load of old crepe. "

And I'm floored that a dinner for two with wine and "service" (tip?) at this place is 140 GBP - equal to almost $300 in USD!

And I suspect U.S. restaurant reviewers couldn't be this honest, because they'd get sued, as we know has happened. Too bad - it would make for some fun reading. :-)

Actually, it's easier to sue & win for libel in the UK than in the US.

Oh my gosh, that was -hysterical-!!! I have to agree, too bad other resto reviews could not be this amusing and honest.

              Bowel-twistingly bad..LOVE that description!

Thanks for the hoot of a link!
