Paris weekend - need a few suggestions

What luck - a friend offered to take me with him to Paris for a weekend! We arrive on Friday late morning, and leave on Sunday afternoon (talk about a whirlwind visit), so not many meals to plan. We're staying at the Novotel Tour Eiffel. If we're not too tired from the flight, I think we'll just do something like a crepe or sandwich for lunch on Friday. We have reservations at Le Clos des Gourmets (after visiting Musee du Quai Branly) on Friday evening. Saturday prix fixe lunch is reserved at Jardin d'Hiver (thanks to you wonderful Chowhounds for the idea) before visiting L'Orangerie. We'd like to eat in or close to the Marais on Saturday night. Some ideas are Bistro de l'Oulette, Bourguignon du Marais, Chaumiere en L'lle and Dome du Marais? Any thoughts on these places - or other suggestions in a moderate price range? Also any suggestions for Sunday breakfast/brunch before heading to the airport (preferably in the 7e or not too far)? Also, do you think that nice jeans and a nice sweater is OK for Jardin d'Hiver at lunch? Merci!!

Just returned from Paris recently...please, do not miss Angelina's for breakfast. It is in the 1er arrondisement, across from Jardin Tuileries (the gardens from the Louvre).
It is located on 226 rue de Rivoli, next to Maurice Hotel. Ask for their hot chocolate -
the Africain chocalat chaud...We loved it! The pastries are fantastic, we had the Baba au rhum.

Dome du Marais is wonderful overall, though Le 3 in rue st.croix de la bretonnerie is slightly better foodwise, but Dome has the better atmosphere.
