How do I contact Elysian Fields?

I am having great difficulty in locating Elysian Fields. I have heard about their lamb and would love to order some. Does anyone know how to contact them?

I know this is an old thread, however, I'm a newbie in the "lamb" arena and just read the article in Wine Spectator on Elysian Fields lamb. I was wondering if you ever found a solid source for their lamb? If so... would you be so kind as to share your findings and experience? Thanks very much for any information you can provide.

Elysian Fields lamb just launched a new website www.purebredlamb.com. They have contact information there.

Elysian Fields is available in a lot of Pittsburgh area specialty stores. If you are from out of town and having trouble tracking down how to order, you should consider Jamison Farm lamb. Personally, I prefer Jamison but you can't go wrong with either. You can order on the Jamison website www.jamisonfarm.com.

Thanks for the info. I called Elysian Fields and am waiting for a reply. In the mean-
time, can you give me the names of some high end specialty stores that may ship. I have had the Jamison lamb and it was fine. I just want to try the Elysian lamb.

Try this page http://www.waynesburgchamber.com/services/ and scroll down to where it says "Farm". Can't guarantee that's all current, but then again I don't know why it wouldn't be. Well, the phone and fax should be current, maybe the email isn't. Without a proper location if you did a search there are of course several farms called Elysian Fields, but this is the right one. If you read this article for example http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/... you will see that it notes Thomas Keller introduced his lamb supplier "Keith Martin of Elysian Fields Farm in Waynesburg, PA".

Someone else may have personal experience dealing with them; I do not.
