Dim Sum [Saturday morning] Phoenix

I am looking for the best, authentic Dim Sum for the Saturday before Christmas. Looking for something reasonably close to Royal Palms Resort on Camelback Rd. We will have our car, so driving is ok if needed to find the best. Thanks!

We haven't been back to China King since a visit late in their dim sum hours when they had nothing left, but they have been the favorite on CH lately since Golden Buddha has suffered a major decline in their dim sum service of late. We plan on hitting China King earlier in the near future.

    2. I second China King. Get there around 11:30 and you'll get a table and a good selection. Anytime after noon and the wait will be very long and selection limited by the time you get seated.

Had lunch today @ Phoenix Palace Buffet in Chandler on the NE corner of Dobson and Warner in the same plaza as LeeLee, I have to say the dim sum offerings were plentiful and surprsingly very good! I had my favorite braised chicken feet,,,they were awesome! Also had shu mai, har gau, the pork spare ribs with black bean and garlic, eggplant, roast duck and pork, the dim sum noodles...the sesame balls....clams w/ black bean sauce.....
They also offer Pho and sushi.......
for $7.99 this is a quick tasty alternative to the Carts and very, very good!
I noticed they open for BBQ @ 9:30 on Saturdays and Sundays!

azboy...everytime I dine @ Phoenix Palace...I am the only Caucasian.

I am unaware of how they treat their help.....
All the employees seem to be Asian.

I stand by my assesment of the food...while their dim sum offerings may not be expansive...they have a nice selection. Their Roast Duck and Pork are some of the Best in the City. I always buy a Roast duck which has been chopped up to go.....
