At 111 I had an epiphany...I Met and scarfed down the most delish Ecuadorian food. She has a cart right on the corner near the 7 train...All sorts of meats, plantains, corn masa..and so addictively delish I dont speak a word of Spanish, but she was patient and tried to explain the various dishes. I had the chicken in bamboo leaf (yes I know it's not bamboo, but I'm Chinese) and the port butt thingy...with plantains and sausage.
